      以三元乙丙橡胶为基体材料制备橡胶汽车玻璃导槽密封条,对摩擦层采用植绒、喷涂和聚乙烯(PE)条复合3种工艺的橡胶玻璃导槽密封条的摩擦阻力和耐磨性能进行探讨。结果表明:植绒工艺橡胶玻璃导槽密封条的摩擦阻力较大,PE条复合工艺橡胶玻璃导槽密封条的摩擦阻力较小;植绒、喷涂和PE条复合3种工艺的橡胶玻璃导槽密封条的干、湿耐磨性能均满足或高于国家和行业标准要求,其中湿耐磨性能逊于干耐磨性能,PE条复合工艺橡胶玻璃导槽密封条的干、湿耐磨性能均优异;喷涂工艺橡胶玻璃导槽密封条的耐磨性能与涂层厚度有关,合理的涂层厚度为18~22 μm。
英文摘要:
      The rubber glass guide seal strip was prepared by using ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) as the matrix material,the friction resistance and wear resistance of the rubber glass guide seal strip with friction layers used three kind of processes as flocking,spraying and polyethylene(PE) strip composite were studied.The results showed that the friction resistance of the rubber glass guide seal strip with friction layer used flocking process was higher,and the friction resistance of the rubber glass guide seal strip with friction layer used PE strip composite process was lower.The dry and wet wear resistance of the rubber glass guide seal strip with friction layers used flocking,spraying and PE strip composite processes met or exceeded the requirements of national and industrial standards,among which the wet wear resistance was inferior to the dry wear resistance,both the dry wear resistance and wet wear resistance of the rubber glass guide seal strip with friction layer used PE strip composite process were excellent.The wear resistance of rubber glass guide seal strip with friction layer used spraying process was related to the spraying thickness,and the reasonable spraying thickness was 18~22 μm。
