研究增塑剂种类和用量对丁腈橡胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在填充不同类型增塑剂的胶料中,填充增塑剂DOS的胶料的排胶温度最低,门尼粘度最小,填料分散性最好,硫化速度最慢,拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形最大;填充增塑剂DOP的胶料的应力松弛最快,硫化特性较好;填充增塑剂TP-95和PPA2500的胶料的排胶温度较高,应力松弛较慢,硬度和回弹值较大。随着增塑剂DOP用量的增大,胶料的密炼能量消耗减小,排胶温度降低,门尼粘度减小,应力松弛加快,硫化速度变慢,拉断伸长率和回弹值增大,耐低温性能和阻尼性能提高。 |

The effect of the type and amount of plasticizers on the properties of nitrile rubber(NBR) compound was studied. The results showed that,among the compounds filled with different types of plasticizers,the compound filled with plasticizer DOS had the lowest discharge temperature and Mooney viscosity,the best dispersion of fillers,the slowest curing speed,the largest elongation at break and compression set. The compound filled with plasticizer DOP had the fastest stress relaxation and better vulcanization characteristics. The compound filled with plasticizer TP-95 and PPA2500 had higher discharge temperature,slower stress relaxation,higher hardness and rebound value. With the increase of plasticizer DOP dosage,the energy consumption of mixing,the discharging temperature and the Mooney viscosity decreased,the stress relaxation was accelerated,the curing speed was slowed down,the elongation at break and rebound value increased,and the low temperature resistance and damping performance were improved. |
