| The design of a portable electrothermal vulcanizing press for conveyor belt joint was introduced，including the design of main mechanism，heating structure，hot plate structure and temperature control system. Compared with other equipment for the same application，this vulcanizing press was smaller and had lighter weight. It was suitable for the vulcanization of the belt joints with various dimensions and specifications. The cured belt joint was flat with excellent strength. Fully-automatic precise control system was adopted for temperature control and the temperature distribution of the hot plate was uniform.In addition，the disassembly and assembly of the vulcanizing press were quite convenient for transportation purpose，and the performance was reliable and durable. This vulcanizing press was suitable for conveyor belt joint and repair. |
