采用Abaqus软件,根据257/65R17轮胎成型过程中的实际应力和温度负荷进行建模,并对轮胎的应力场和温度场进行有限元分析,研究轮胎平宽对耐久性能的影响。结果表明,随着轮胎平宽的增大,胎圈和胎肩部位的平均应力先减小后增大和平均温度先降低后升高,平宽为562 mm(胎体拉伸率为2. 5%)时轮胎各部位的平均应力最小和平均温度最低,轮胎的耐久性能达到最佳。 |

Using Abaqus software,based on the actual stress and temperature load during the building process of 257/65R17 tire to establish model,the finite element analysis on the tire stress field and temperature field was carried out,to study the influence of flat width of the tire on its durability. The results
showed that with the increase of flat width of the tire,the average stress and average temperature of the bead and shoulder first decreased and then increased. When the flat width was 562 mm(carcass elongation at 2. 5%),the average stress of each part of the tire was the smallest and average temperature was the lowest,and the durability was the best. |
