采用熔融混合和溶液混合工艺制备单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)/丁基橡胶(IIR)复合材料,研究两种混合工艺对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用两段熔融混合工艺可以显著提高复合材料的电导率和介电常数;与熔融混合工艺相比,溶液混合工艺不仅可以提高SWCNT/IIR复合材料的物理性能和耐热性能,而且可以显著提高复合材料的电导率和介电常数;当SWCNT用量为2 g时,采用溶液混合加乙醇聚沉工艺可以提高复合材料的电导率和介电常数。 |

Single wall carbon nanotube(SWCNT)/butyl rubber(IIR) composites were prepared by melt and solution mixing processes,respectively,and the effects of the mixing process on the properties of the composites were studied. The results showed that,the electrical conductivity and dielectric constant of the composite could be significantly improved by the two-stage melt mixing process. Compared with the melt mixing process,the solution mixing process could not only improve the physical properties and heat resistance,but also significantly improve the electrical conductivity and dielectric constant of the composite.When the amount of SWCNT was 2 g,the electrical conductivity and dielectric constant of the composite were improved by using solution mixing combined with ethanol precipitation process. |
