分析中低频下轮胎稳态和瞬态特性,建立有较高精度的三自由度车辆模型,研究轮胎稳态和瞬态特性与整车响应的关系。结果表明:轮胎侧向因子对整车稳态和瞬态响应均有较大影响;轮胎瞬态特性主要影响车辆的振动倾向和响应快慢;车辆的精准控制要求谐振频率高、通频带宽、谐振峰水平低和相位滞后角较小。本研究结果有助于进一步探索轮胎性能的有效控制,在提高车辆品质的同时,降低轮胎开发轮次和成本。 |

The steady and transient characteristics of the tire under medium and low-frequency were analyzed,the vehicle model with three degrees of freedom and high accuracy was established,and the relationship between the steady and transient characteristics and the whole vehicle response was studied.The results showed
that the tire lateral factor had great influence on the steady and transient response of whole vehicle.The transient characteristics of the tire mainly affected the vibration tendency and response speed of the vehicle.The precise control of the vehicle required high resonance frequency,wide frequency band,low resonance
peak level and small phase lag angle.The results of this research were helpful to further study of the effective control of the tire performance,improvement of the vehicle quality,and reduction of the tire development cycle and costs. |
