将再生橡胶与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混制备再生橡胶/PP共混材料,研究再生橡胶/PP共混比、共混温度、共混转子转速和增容剂DCP用量对再生橡胶/PP共混材料性能的影响。结果表明:再生橡胶/PP的共混比为70/30时,再生橡胶与PP的界面结合最好;共混温度为170 ℃时,有利于PP和填料的均匀分散;共混转子转速为60 r·min-1时,有利于提高增容剂DCP的增容效果;增容剂DCP用量为3份时,能够明显提高再生橡胶与PP的相容性,即当再生橡胶/PP的共混比为70/30、增容剂DCP用量为3份、共混温度为170 ℃、共混转子转速为60 r·min-1时,再生橡胶/PP共混材料的综合性能和微观结构最好。 |

The recycled rubber/polypropylene(PP) blends were prepared by melt blending of recycled rubber and PP,and the effects of the recycled rubber/PP blending ratio,blending temperature,blending rotor speed and compatibilizer DCP amount on the properties of recycled rubber/PP blends were studied.The results showed that,when the reclaimed rubber/PP blending ratio was 70/30,the interface combination of rubber and plastic was the best.When the blending temperature was 170 ℃,it was beneficial to the uniform dispersion of PP and fillers.When the blending rotor speed was 60 r·min-1,it was beneficial to improve the compatibilizing effect of compatibilizer DCP.When the compatibilizer DCP amount was 3 phr,it could significantly improve the compatibility of reclaimed rubber and PP.The reclaimed rubber/PP blends had the best overall properties and microstructure when the blending ratio of reclaimed rubber/PP was 70/30,the amount of compatibilizer DCP was 3 phr,the blending temperature was 170 ℃,and the blending rotor speed was 60 r·min-1. |
