| 介绍一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)的密炼机上辅机控制系统设计。该控制系统采用的西门子S7 1500PLC通过Profinet通讯协议与ET200SP远程IO工作站、称量仪表、TP1200触摸屏、上位机及密炼机通讯。该控制系统实现了按照上位机配方自动称量炭黑、粉料、油料和生胶,并将其自动投入密炼机密炼,其运行稳定可靠,可以减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。 |

| In this paper, the design of control system for the upstream equipment of the mixer based on programmable logic controller(PLC) was introduced. Siemens S7 1500PLC was adopted and communicated with ET200SP remote IO workstation,weighing instrument,TP1200 touch screen,master computer and mixer rubber according to the formula given by the master computer was achieved,and those raw materials were automatically fed into the mixer. This control system ran stably and reliably,and it could reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve production efficiency. |
