      研究固体酸SCT-A催化合成防老剂TMQ新工艺。试验得到缩合和聚合反应的适宜工艺条件如下:缩合反应催化剂SCT-A质量分数 0.15,缩合反应温度 135~140 ℃,缩合反应时间 6~7 h,聚合反应时间 6 h。该工艺条件下生产得到的防老剂TMQ二聚体质量分数约为0.45,二、三、四聚体总质量分数达到0.80以上;催化剂SCT-A可以多次重复使用,生产废水量可减少90%以上。
英文摘要:
      A new process for the synthesis of antioxidant TMQ catalyzed by solid acid SCT-A was studied. The suitable process conditions for the condensation reaction and polymerization reaction were as follows:mass fraction of the condensation reaction catalyst SCT-A 0. 15,condensation reaction temperature  135 ~ 140 ℃,condensation reaction time 6 ~ 7 h,and polymerization reaction time 6 h. Under these process conditions,the mass fraction of the dimer of antioxidant TMQ obtained by production was about 0. 45, and the total mass fraction including dimer,trimer and tetramer was above 0. 80. The catalyst SCT-A could be reused many times,and the amount of wastewater could be reduced by more than 90%.
