采用正交试验方法对炭黑/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料的密炼工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,密炼起始温度、转子转速和密炼时间对复合材料的性能影响较大;综合考虑复合材料的硫化特性、导热性能和物理性能,其优化的密炼工艺参数为:密炼起始温度 70 ℃,转子转速 60 r·min-1,密炼时间 10 min。 |

The mixing process parameter of carbon black/multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/natural rubber(NR) composite was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that,the initial mixing temperature,rotating speed and mixing time had great influence on the properties of the composite.Considering the curing characteristics,thermal conductivity and physical properties of the composite,the optimal mixing process parameters were as follows,the initial mixing temperature 70℃,the rotating speed 60 r ·min-1,the mixing time 10 min. |
