:研究环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)混合交联网络并用胶的制备及性能。结果表明:固定硫化剂DCP用量,随着丙烯酸锌用量的增大,ENR/EPDM并用胶的100%定伸应力和拉伸强度呈增大趋势,拉断伸长率先增大后减小;固定丙烯酸锌用量,随着硫化剂DCP用量的增大,ENR/EPDM并用胶的100%定伸应力呈增大趋势,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度呈减小趋势;具有混合交联网络结构的ENR/EPDM并用胶兼具ENR和EPDM的特征结构,反复拉伸性能优于ENR和EPDM胶料。 |

Abstract:The preparation and properties of epoxidized natural rubber(ENR)/ethylene-propylenediene rubber(EPDM) blend with hybrid cross-linking network was studied. The results showed that,when the addition level of curing agent DCP was fixed,with the increase of the addition level of zinc acrylate,the modulus at 100% elongation and tensile strength of ENR/EPDM blend increased,and the elongation at break increased first and then decreased. When the addition level of zinc acrylate was fixed,with the increase of the addition level of curing agent DCP,the modulus at 100% elongation of ENR/EPDM blend increased,and the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength decreased. ENR/EPDM blends with hybrid crosslinking network structure had the characteristic structure of both ENR and EPDM,and tensile properties of the blends in the repeated tensile tests were better than those of ENR and EPDM compound. |
