| 对新型粘合树脂AN220理化性能进行表征。结果表明:新型粘合树脂AN220是新型间苯二酚甲醛树脂(间苯二酚给予体),软化点为101.5 ℃,数均相对分子质量为546,重均相对分子质量为964,环保性优异,游离间苯二酚质量分数为0.020 8;100 ℃下无挥发物产生,150,200和250 ℃下挥发物均为间苯二酚和2-苯乙烯间苯二酚及其同分异构体;在54.12 ℃时分子间发生移动,释放能量为11.98 J·g-1,在152.93 ℃时有游离间苯二酚释放,发生吸热反应,吸收能量为0.45 J·g-1,在207.59 ℃时有挥发性物质析出,释放能量为0.33 J·g-1。 |

| The physicochemical properties of the new adhesive resin AN220 were characterized.The results showed that the new adhesive resin AN220 was new resorcinol formaldehyde resin(resorcinol donor).The softening point was 101.5 ℃,the number average molecular weight was 546,the weight average molecular weight was 964,the environmental protection was excellent,and the mass fraction of free resorcinol was 0.020 8.The volatiles at 150,200 and 250 ℃ were resorcinol,2-styrene resorcinol and their isomers.At 54.12 ℃,the intermolecular movement occurred,and the energy released was 11.98 J·g-1.At 152.93 ℃,the free resorcinol was released,the endothermic reaction took place,and the absorbed energy was 0.45 J·g-1.At 207.59 ℃,the volatile compounds were precipitated,and the energy released was 0.33 J·g-1. |
