研究玄武岩纤维(BF)用量对BF/天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)复合材料力学性能及摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:随着BF用量的增大,加入BF的复合材料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均先增大后减小,当BF用量为10份时,复合材料的拉伸性能和抗撕裂性能较好;加入BF的复合材料的摩擦因数减小,摩擦试样表面磨痕比较均匀、平整、光滑及深度小,其耐磨性能提高。 |

The effect of basalt fiber(BF) dosage on the mechanical properties and friction properties of BF/natural rubber(NR)/butadiene rubber(BR) composites was studied.The results showed that as the BF dosage increasing,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites with adding BF increased at first and then decreased.When BF dosage was 10 phr,the tensile properties and tear resistance of the composites were better.The friction factor of the composites with adding BF decreased,and the wear marks on the surface of the friction sample were uniform,flat,smooth and small in depth,and the wear resistance improved. |
