| 介绍我国健身器材用天然胶乳制品的发展概况。彩色天然胶乳管主要采用热敏挤出法和多次浸渍法生产，彩
色天然胶乳片的生产工艺从传统浸渍法向连续浸渍法发展。我国健身用天然胶乳制品应通过开发和应用新材料和新技
术来避免表面喷霜，研发环境友好的表面处理工艺替代有毒害的氯化处理工艺，并进一步提高天然胶乳制品的抗撕裂性
能和拉伸性能。 |

| The development situation of natural latex products for fitness equipment in China was
introduced. Color natural latex tubes were mainly produced by thermal extrusion method and multiple
impregnation method. The production technology of color natural latex films was developed from traditional
impregnation method to continuous impregnation method. In the future，new materials and new technologies
are needed to solve the blooming problem，environmentally friendly surface treatment process will be
developed to replace toxic chlorination treatment process，and the tear resistance and tensile properties of
natural latex products need further improvement. |
