阐述光触媒技术即二氧化钛(TiO2)光催化降解挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的除味机理,以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)汽车密封条为例,研究光触媒技术在橡胶密封条除味中的应用。结果表明,胶料中光触媒(主要组分为TiO2)用量为1.3份、成品密封条在90 ℃下经紫外光处理3 h的条件下,EPDM汽车密封条的除味效果显著。 |

The deodorization mechanism of the photocatalytic technology,i. e. photocatalytic
degradation of the volatile organic compounds(VOC) by titanium dioxide(TiO2),was described,and the
application of the photocatalyst technology in deodorization of rubber sealing strips was studied using
ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) automobile sealing strip as an example. The results showed that
the deodorization effect of EPDM automobile sealing trips was remarkable when the dosage of photocatalyst
(the main component was TiO2) was 1. 3~1. 5 phr and the finished sealing trips were treated by ultraviolet
light for 3 hours at 90 ℃. |
