The upper beam was the key part to support the clamping force when the curing press was working,and its strength and rigidity not only affect the service life of curing press,but also affect the precision of mold-locking. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to comparatively analyze different structure type of upper beam for multiple curing press. After and the structure optimization,in the condition of meeting the requirements of material strength and stiffness,the total mass of the upper beam decreased by 22.8 percent and the cost was reduced. |
