      利用超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆飞行时间质谱法,以乙腈+水(含体积分数为0.000 3的甲酸)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用ESI正离子模式,对硫化胶中促进剂DPG进行定性定量分析。结果表明,在质量浓度为1~1 000 ng·mL-1范围内,促进剂DPG溶液标准曲线线性关系良好,相关因数为0.993,检出限为0.01 ng·mL-1,回收率为94.0%~100.5%。
英文摘要:
      A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the accelerator DPG in vulcanizates was established by UPLC/Q-TOF MS,gradient elution with acetonitrile+water(volume fraction of methanoic acid was 0.000 3) as mobile phase was applied,and ESI source and positive ion mode were used for mass-spectrometry. The results showed that,the standard curve of accelerator DPG solution had good linearity with the real value in the range of mass concentration from 1 to 1 000 ng·mL-1R2 was 0.995,the detection limit was 0.01 ng·mL-1,and the recovery was 94.0%~100.5%.
