| In this paper, a kind of non-halogen flame retardant and tracking resistant insulated self-adhesive tape was edveloped, choose red phosphorus and aluminium hydroxide as a flame retardant, by adjusting the amount and proportion, this tape not only has good insulated performance, but also has excellent flame retardant performance, which could pass the expriment of vertical burning V0 level, choose polyisobutylene as reinforced adhesion agent, it has good compatibility with ethylene propylene rubber, which has little effect on electrical properties and environmental. The performance indexes of tape are tested to meet the standard requirements. |
