采用粘接技术对防毒面具用天然胶(NR)罩体和浇注型聚氨酯弹性体(CPU)柔性镜片进行连接。通过XPS、EDS、ATR-FTIR、SEM等分析手段对化学处理前后NR罩体材料的表面组成、形貌进行分析,并对NR罩体/CPU镜片接头的粘接性能进行考察。结果表明:对NR罩体材料进行表面化学处理可通过氯化反应、环氧化反应摄入大量的Cl和O元素,同时表面形貌也发生显著变化;采用聚氨酯(PU)胶黏剂对NR罩体和CPU柔性镜片进行粘接可以取得令人满意的粘接效果,单搭接头T-剥离强度~3.7KN/m,嵌槽接头拔出应力~560N;表面化学处理是提高接头粘接性能的有效手段。 |

In this paper, the connection between natural rubber (NR) faceblank and casting polyurethane elastomer (CPU) flexible lens for respirators employing adhesive technology instead of traditional clamp connection. Surface compositions and morphologies of the pristine and chemical treated NR faceblank are analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), attenuated total reflection fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and the bonding properties for the joints of NR faceblank/CPU flexible lens are investigated. Results show that surface treatment of NR faceblank by trichloroisocyanuric acid/ethyl acetate (TCI/EAC) not only introduces a large amount of Cl and O elements through chlorination and epoxidation but also changes the surface morphology greatly. Acceptable bonding properties can be achieved by using polyurethane adhesive, and T-peel strength of lap joints and pull out force of scarf joints are ca.3.7KN/m and 560N. Surface chemical treatment is an effective way to improve the adhesion properties. |
