| 研制一种新型橡胶贮箱油囊。根据工作环境和技术条件，选用氢化丁腈橡胶（HNBR）为胶囊的主体材料。成型胶粘剂的主体材料采用与油囊本体相匹配的HNBR，且采用耐热性优异的增粘树脂。在成型方面采取了半硫化胶板成型和整体硫化的技术路线。主要解决了橡胶油囊的粘合、油囊与推进剂的相容性、大尺寸、两端密封等关键技术问题，产品已通过了用户地面试验，可大大提高专用装备的机动性，并降低全寿命周期成本。 |

| In this work，a new type of rubber vessel tank was developed. According to the working environment and technical conditions，HNBR was selected as main material of the rubber tank. HNBR was applied as the main material of molding adhesive to match the rubber tank，and the tackifying resin with excellent heat resistance was used. The technical route with semi-curing rubber sheet forming and integrated vulcanization was adopted. Key technology challenges such as the adhesion of rubber tank，compatibility
between the tank and propellant，large size forming and sealing at both ends were solved in the development.The product had already passed the ground test，and its application could greatly improve the mobility of special equipment and reduce the cost in whole life cycle of equipment. |
