      研究国产溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)2032的微观结构及性能,并与进口BIIR2030和2222进行对比。结果表明:与BIIR2030和2222相比,BIIR2032的相对分子质量分布较窄,门尼粘度较小,加工性能、硫化特性和耐寒性能较好;3种BIIR的红外光谱曲线出峰位置基本相同,热重曲线基本重合且存在两个质量损失台阶。

      The microstructure and properties of domestic BIIR 2032 were investigated and compared with those of imported BIIR2030 and BIIR2222. The results showed that,compared with BIIR2030 and BIIR2222,the relative molecular weight distribution of BIIR2032 was narrower,Mooney viscosity was lower,processability,curing characteristics and cold resistance were better. The infrared spectrum curves of BIIR2030,BIIR2222 and BIIR2032 had the same peak position,and their TG curves were basically the same which had two mass loss steps.
