效果比低温区更佳,并且采用Gauss方程拟合的移位因子拓宽得到的胶料DMA曲线频率范围与DMA仪的频率范围相比更宽。 |

Frequency scanning of tire compound was tested by using DMA under tensile and shear mode.The results showed that,when the frequency was fixed,as the temperature increased,the storage modulus and loss modulus decreased. When the temperature was constant,as the frequency increased,the overall trend of storage modulus and loss modulus was increased. In addition,the accuracy of the Gauss equation fitting on the shift factor was better than that of the WLF equation,and the WLF equation fitting was more accurate in the high temperature zone than in the low temperature zone. The frequency range of the DMA curve of rubber compound which was broadened by Gauss equation fitted shift factor was much wider than that of DMA tester. |
