采用凝固剂浸渍法制备天然胶乳膜,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:随着硫黄用量的增大,天然胶乳预硫化程度增大;天然胶乳膜的交联程度和拉伸强度先增大后减小,拉断伸长率减小;硫黄用量为1份时天然胶乳膜的致密性最佳,硫黄用量为1. 25份时交联密度最大。 |

The natural rubber latex film was prepared by dipping method,and its properties were studied. The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of sulfur,the degree of pre-vulcanization of natural rubber latex increased;the crosslinked degree and tensile strength of natural rubber latex film increased firstly and then decreased,and the elongation at break decreased.The compactness of natural rubber latex film was the best when the amount of sulfur was 1 phr,and the crosslinked degree reached the maximum value when the amount of sulfur was 1.25 phr. |
