      选定相同规格不同品牌的轮胎,用50/50的氮氧混合混合气体填充,并置于65℃的老化房中加速老化5周,研究轮胎老化后耐久性能和轮胎材料性能的变化,对比不同品牌的轮胎耐老化性能差异。结果表明:轮胎老化后耐久性能下降,不同品牌轮胎耐老化性能差异较大;老化后轮胎胎侧胶拉伸强度、拉断伸长率明显下降,定伸强度增加;带束层层间附着力明显下降;轮胎老化后存在较大安全隐患,需引起注意。
英文摘要:
      Selecting the same size of different brands of tires, with 50/50 mixture of nitrogen and oxygen filled and then placed in the 65 ℃ aging room to accelerate aging for 5 weeks to study the durability and changes in material properties of the tires after aging, make a comparison between different brands of tires on aging resistance. The results showed that the durable performance of tires decreased after aging and the aging resistance between different brands of tires vary greatly. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the sidewall rubber of aged tires decreased obviously while the tensile stress at specific elongation increased; and the belt layer adhesion decreased significantly after aging. Aging tires have potential safety problems and need to be caught attention.
