丁腈橡胶(NBR)具有备优良气密性,有望成为全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层的理想生胶材料。为获得性能优良的气密层材料,本文选用改性沥青作为两相增容剂,讨论了丁腈橡胶和溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)并用胶的结构性能关系。结果表明,加入相容剂的BIIR/NBR并用胶,分散相小而均匀;尺寸加工性能、力学性能优良;气密性与纯BIIR配方差别不大;耐屈挠疲劳性能变好,且并用比为80/20时耐屈挠疲劳性能最好;耐臭氧老化性能加入相容剂后大大提高。 |

Nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) with good air tightness, was expected to become the ideal of inner liner raw rubber material of all steel radial tire. In order to obtain good performance of air barrier materials, the modified asphalt was selected as a two-phase compatibilizers and the relationship between the microstructure and the properties of nitrile butadiene rubber/brominized butyl rubber(BIIR) blends were investigated. Results show that the BIIR/NBR blends with compatilizer are dispersed phase small and uniform and have good processing performance and mechanical properties and its gas barrier property is equal to pure BIIR; the fatigue resistance performance is better and the best blend ratio is 80/20; resistant to ozone aging performance greatly improves after adding compatilizer. |
