      在自行开发的橡胶振动挤出实验平台上进行橡胶振动挤出试验。结果表明,将振动引入橡胶挤出过程中可提高橡胶的流动性,降低橡胶流动阻力和挤出压力,节省挤出能耗;振动频率和振幅对挤出压力影响较大,应综合考虑能耗和挤出物表面质量,选择最优振动频率和振幅区间。
英文摘要:
      The rubber vibrating extrusion experiment was carried out on self-developed rubber vibrating extrusion test platform. The results showed that when the vibration was introduced into the rubber extrusion process to increase the mobility of rubber,the rubber flow resistance, extrusion pressure and energy consumption were reduced. The effect of vibrating frequency and amplitude on rubber extrusion pressure was significant,and the optimal intervals of vibration frequency and amplitude should be chosen based on a comprehensive consideration of the energy consumption and surface quality of the extrudates.
