本文采用门尼粘度计、凝胶渗透色谱仪、乌氏黏度计、华莱士快速塑性计、RPA2000测试天然胶的分子量及加工性。重点研究了RPA2000的温度、频率、应变对天然胶应变扫描、频率扫描的弹性模量G’、损耗因子tanδ以及两者比值的影响。RPA的研究结果表明:应变扫描在120℃、0.HZ时,两种天然胶弹性模量G’与损耗因子tanδ差异性最大;频率扫描在120℃时,弹性模量G’与损耗因子tanδ差异性最大,而应变对频率扫描的弹性模量G’与损耗因子tanδ的影响不大。 |

In this paper, the molecular weight and processability of natural rubber were tested by Mooney viscometer, gel permeation chromatograph, Ubbelohde viscometer, Wallace rapid plasticity meter and RPA2000. The effects of temperature and frequency of RPA2000 on the modulus of elasticity, G, loss factor tanδand their ratio of natural rubber strain scanning are mainly studied, and the effects of temperature and strain of RPA2000 on the modulus of elasticity, G, loss factor tanδand their ratio of natural rubber frequency scanning are also studied。The results of RPA show that the difference between the elastic modulus G "and the loss factor tanδ is the highest at 120 ℃ and 0.HZ; The difference between the elastic modulus G "and the loss factor tanδ at 120 ℃ is the largest, and the effect of the strain on the frequency scanning elastic modulus G" and the loss factor tanδ is not significant. |
