采用两步力化学再生方法制备再生橡胶,并通过设置多组对比试验探讨密炼机的初始温度、智能开炼机的温度和开炼时间以及恒温放置时间对再生效果的影响。结果表明,在密炼机初始温度为65~75 ℃、智能开炼机温度为40 ℃、开炼时间为38~40 min、恒温放置80 min条件下制备的再生橡胶具有良好的物理性能,且再生橡胶表面均匀连续,再生效果较好。 |

The reclaimed rubber was prepared by two-step mechanochemical method,and the effects of the initial temperature of the mixer,the temperature and mixing time of the intelligent mixing mill and storage time at constant temperature on the regeneration effect were investigated.The results showed that,the reclaimed rubber possessed good physical properties under the conditions of initial mixer temperature of 65~75℃,the intelligent mixing mill temperature of 40℃,mixing time of 38~40 min,and storage time at constant temperature of 80 min.The reclaimed rubber surface was uniform and continuous,and the regeneration effect was good. |
