本文主要研究了粘合体系间甲白钴对NR/CR232与钢丝镀铜粘合的性能影响。其中主要涉及到相同硫化体系下NR/CR232共混时的最佳配比、不同份数的间甲白钴对共混胶料物理机械性能的影响,同时研究了不同份数的间甲白钴对NR/CR232与钢丝镀铜粘合后初始抽出力、耐老化后抽出力以及耐水腐蚀后抽出力的影响,当NR/CR232=80/20时扯断强度能达到24.54MPa,粘合体系SL-3020:RA-65:白炭黑:硼酰化钴=1:3:15:2时,镀铜钢丝的初始抽出力能够达到:489N,耐老化后抽出力能够达到:506N,耐水腐蚀后抽出力能够达到:465N。 |

This paper mainly studies the performance impact of the NR/CR232 and Cu-coat on Steel Wire bonding with resorcinol formaldehyde silica cobalt salt adhesion system. Mainly involves optimum ratio of NR/CR232 blends in the same vulcanization system, the effects of different number of resorcinol formaldehyde silica cobalt salt adhesive systems on physical and mechanical properties of blending compound and the effects of different amounts of resorcinol formaldehyde silica cobalt salt on the initial pumping capacity, aging resistance, pumping capacity and water resistance after NR/CR232 adhesion to Cu-coat on Steel Wire, when NR/CR232 = 80/20 breaking strength can reach 24.54 MPa, when adhesion system SL - 3022: RA - 65: carbon-white: boron acylation cobalt = 1:3:15:2, the initial pull force of Cu-coat on Steel Wire can achieve: 489N, ageing resistance pull force can achieve: 506N, water resistant corrosion after withdrawal force can achieve: 465N. |
