| 构建了基于生命周期分析的工程翻新轮胎能量消耗模型,分别提出了工程翻新轮胎生产阶段、运输阶段、使用阶段和再利用4个阶段能量消耗的理论计算模型及计算方法,提出了工程翻新轮胎二次翻新、机械粉碎、低温粉碎、燃烧分解、燃烧发电等5种典型再利用方式的能量替代模型及能量评价指标,确定了工程翻新轮胎生命周期的能量分析清单,定量分析了工程翻新轮胎生命周期各个阶段的能量消耗量,获得了工程翻新轮胎5种典型再利用阶段的能量恢复率,并进行了各阶段的能量消耗分析及能量评价。获得了工程翻新轮胎生产阶段的能耗最大,运输阶段的能耗最小,工程翻新轮胎二次翻新的能量回收效果最理想的主要结论。 |

| In this paper, energy consumption models of engineering refurbished tire are constructed based on life cycle analysis, theoretic calculation model and method of energy consumption on the four stages of engineering refurbished tire, i.e. production stage, transportation stage, usage stage, and recycle stage, are put forward, energy substitute model and energy evaluation index during recycle stage of five classical stages of engineering refurbished tire, such as: second renovation, mechanical smash, low temperature smash, combustion decomposition, and combustion for power generation, are presented, life cycle energy analysis list of engineering refurbished tire is confirmed, energy consumption amount at different life cycle stages of engineering refurbished tire is quantitatively analyzed, so energy restoration rate of five classical renovation stages of engineering refurbished tire, and energy consumption analysis and energy evaluation at different stages are performed. Thus main conclusions that energy consumption during production stage of engineering refurbished tire is maximum, energy consumption during transportation stage is minimum, and energy recycling result of second renovation of engineering refurbished tire is ideal are gotten. |
