利用偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)作发泡剂,丁基橡胶作基体,制备丁基橡胶发泡材料,考察硫化时间、硫化温度以及AC发泡剂用量对丁基橡胶发泡材料阻尼性能和吸声性能的影响。结果表明,在165℃条件下硫化30min时发泡丁基橡胶有着最佳的阻尼性能,在硫化温度为160℃条件下硫化50min时发泡丁基橡胶有着最佳的吸声性能。随着AC发泡剂的加入,丁基橡胶发泡材料的阻尼性能和吸声性能均有明显提升。当发泡剂用量为较少时材料阻尼性能较好;当发泡剂用量为6phr时,得到的泡孔数目小而密集,且多为闭孔结构,材料吸声性能较好。 |

The foam material was prepared by using azobisformamide (AC) as foaming agent and using butyl rubber as the matrix. The effects of foaming time, foaming temperature and amount of foaming agent on damping performance and sound absorption performance of the foam material were studied. The results show that the foam material with 165℃×30min foaming process has the best damping performance and the foam material with 160℃×50min foaming process has the best sound absorption performance. With the addition of AC foaming agent, the damping performance and sound absorption performance of the foam material were improved significantly. With the addition of a little foaming agent, the foam material shows good damping performance. With the addition of 6phr foaming agent, the foam material shows good sound absorption performance, the bubble holes were small and dense, and most bubble holes are closed pore structures. |
