| 使用水性聚氨酯、水性丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂为改性树脂,与水性聚四氟乙烯PTFE乳液复配,经混合分散、砂磨、过滤等工艺过程,制备出涂覆橡胶O型圈表面的水性PTFE改性自润滑涂料。结果表明,研制的水性PTFE改性自润滑涂料通过滚喷工艺喷涂橡胶O型圈表面,固化后形成的涂层对橡胶O型圈表面附着力好、摩擦系数低,具有良好的自润滑性,方便橡胶O型密封圈的装配操作。 |

| Using water-borne polyurethane, water-based acrylic resin, amino resin as film forming the carrier, the water-borne PTFE modified coating for rubber o-rings has been prepared with water-borne PTFE emulsion lubrication materials by mixing dispersion, such as sanding, filtering process. The results show that the PTFE water-based lubricant coating is coated on the surface of the rubber o-rings by the roller coating technology, after curing, coating formed on the surface of a rubber o-rings has good adhesion,rubber o-rings have low coefficient of friction, which helps rubber O rings assembly. |
