本次论文研究硫黄用量、促进剂用量对高阻尼天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶的硫化特性的影响,对硫化反应动力学进行了非线性拟合,并探讨了硫化体系对力学性能、阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫黄用量的降低,交联前驱体形成交联键的反应活性降低,交联键降解速率常数降低,力学强度下降,阻尼性能提高;随着促硫比的提高,交联前驱体形成交联键的反应活性提高,交联键降解速率常数降低,力学强度提高,阻尼性能下降。 |

In this paper, the effects of sulfur dosage and accelerator dosage on the vulcanization properties, mechanical properties and damping property of natural rubber damping materials were investigated. Non-linear fitting model was used to simulate the curing kinetic reaction. The results showed that the reactivity of chemical bonds in crosslinking precursors was weaken, which was similar to the trend of degradation rate constants of cross-linked bonds with sulfur dosage decreasing. And mechanical properties and damping property were reduced with sulfur dosage decreasing. The influences of chemical reactivity in crosslinking precursors on mechanical properties and damping property were contrary to that of sulfur variables, the trend of degradation rate constants of cross-linked bonds of accelerator dosage was similar to that of sulfur variables. |
