      研究了防老剂565、1010、264、168、TNPP、1076、1520、西尼尔6308及西尼尔6310单独使用及复合使用对树脂级低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR)性能的影响。结果表明,单独使用防老剂,对于LCBR防老效果较好的为防老剂1010、防老剂1520和西尼尔6308。复合使用防老剂,防老效果较好的为防老剂1010/TNPP及防老剂1520/TNPP。且当防老剂1010/TNPP的质量比为80/20,防老剂1520/TNPP的质量比为70/30时,防老化效果最佳。老化试验表明,防老剂1010/TNPP、防老剂1520/TNPP均能提高改性HIPS和ABS的力学性能。
英文摘要:
      Effects of single and compound use of antioxidant 565, 1010, 264, 168, TNPP, 1076, 1520, 6308 and 6310 on the properties of low cis-1,4- polybutadiene rubber(LCBR) were studied. The results showed that the effects of anti-ageing of antioxidant 1010, 1520 and 6308 were good when used alone. The effects of anti-ageing of the compounds use of antioxidant 1010/TNPP, antioxidant 1520/TNPP were good. And the mass ratio of antioxidant 1010/TNPP and antioxidant 1520/TNPP were 80/20 and 70/30 respectively, the anti-ageing of the antioxidants were the best. The addition of antioxidant 1010/TNPP and antioxidant 1520/TNPP could improve the mechanical properties of HIPS and ABS according to the results of the aging tests.
