本文研究了炭黑N330和炭黑N990的并用比对采用过氧化物硫化体系交联的氟橡胶的物机性能及耐热氧老化性能的影响,并对比了过氧化物硫化体系交联氟橡胶和双酚硫化体系交联氟橡胶的物机性能及耐热氧老化性能。实验结果表明:在一定范围内,过氧化物硫化体系交联的氟橡胶的物机性能和耐热氧老化性能随炭黑N330和炭黑N990并用比的增大而提高,压缩永久变形明显降低,但炭黑N330和炭黑N990并用比较大时,硫化胶物机性能不再有明显变化;过氧化物硫化体系交联的氟橡胶与双酚硫化体系交联的氟橡胶相比具有更高的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率,但硬度和定伸应力较低;同时氟橡胶采用过氧化物硫化体系交联可获得更好的耐热氧老化性能。 |

In this paper, we studied the effects of the ratio of carbon black N330 and carbon black N990 on aging properties of fluoroelastomers cured with peroxide curing system in the air and we compared it with fluoroelastomers cured with bisphenol fluorine curing system. The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties and aging properties of fluoroelastomers cured with peroxide curing system increased with the increase in the ratio of carbon black N330 and carbon black N990 in the proper range, also compression deformation decreased obviously. fluoroelastomers cured with peroxide curing system exhibited higher tensile strength and elongation at break than fluoroelastomers cured with bisphenol fluorine curing system, however its hardness and modulus at 100% were lower. Meanwhile, fluoroelastomers cured with peroxide curing system showed more excellent aging properties. |
