基于ABAQUS软件,建立255/30R22轮胎有限元模型,模拟蒸汽加热工艺和直压硫化工艺,将两次模拟得出的温度场与实际蒸汽硫化工艺采集的温度数据进行对比。结果表明,直压硫化工艺可提供稳定的热源、温度较高并且具有可控性,采用直压硫化工艺的硫化效率提高约1/3。 |

Based on ABAQUS software,the finite element model of 255/30R22 tire was established,the hot steam and direct pressure vulcanization processes were simulated and their vulcanization effciency was compared under the same condition.The results showed that,the heat source of direct pressure vulcanization processes was stable,the temperature was higher and controlled,the vulcanization efficiency of direct pressure curing process was increased by one third. |
