      基于减震器橡胶衬套实车使用工况,利用数据采集硬件设备和LabVIEW软件,开发出基于虚拟仪器的橡胶衬套试验系统。该系统由变频电机驱动曲柄连杆滑块机构获得简谐激励,滑块通过双弹簧加载机构将简谐激励柔性施加到橡胶衬套上。橡胶衬套实例试验表明,试验系统性能稳定、使用方便、人机操作友好,能满足橡胶衬套动态性能测试和疲劳试验要求。
英文摘要:
      According to the actual working conditions of damper rubber bush,the rubber bush test system based on virtual instrument was developed by using data acquisition hardware devices and LabVIEW software.The crank connecting rod-slider mechanism was drived by frequency conversion motor of system,harmonic excitation was acquired and applied to the rubber bush by slider through double spring loaded mechanism.Instance test results of rubber bush showed that,the system characterized stable performance,simple operation and friendly man-machine interaction,and could meet requirements of dynamic performance test and fatigue test of rubber bushing.
