本文研究了工作环境因素对橡胶减振器振动传递率的影响规律,结果表明:随着老化程度的增加,振动传递率曲线逐渐向高频方向移动,降低了减振器的高频减振效果;随着疲劳程度的增加,振动传递率曲线逐渐向低频方向移动,提高了减振器的低频减振效果;在老化与疲劳共同作用下,对振动传递率影响最大的工作环境因素为老化温度,其次为老化时间,最后为预位移-加载振幅和疲劳次数;与疲劳作用相比,老化作用对振动传递率的影响更为显著。 |

The effects of working environment on vibration transmissibility of rubber damper were studied in this paper. The results showed that with the increase of aging degree, the vibration transmissibility curves gradually moved towards high frequency and the damping effect of the high frequency was gradually weakened.With the increase of fatigue, vibration transmissibility curves gradually moved towards low frequency and the damping effect of the low frequency was gradually improved. Under the joint effects of aging and fatigue, the effect order of working environment on vibration transmissibility from strong to weak was aging temperature, aging time, predisplacement-amplitude and fatigue times . The effect of aging on vibration transmissibility was greater than that of fatigue. |
