使用三种不同纳米活性碳酸钙为填料制备了室温硫化硅橡胶,对填料粒径、表面改性剂含量进行了分析对比,通过透射电子显微镜观察了碳酸钙在硅橡胶中的分散状态,分析了碳酸钙分散状态对其流变性能的影响。结果表明,碳酸钙在硅橡胶中的分散状态与其二次团聚的程度有关,填料的团聚与网络结构化均会使硅橡胶的储能模量产生显著变化,温度扫描也能反映碳酸钙在硅橡胶中的分散状态。 |

Three activated CaCO3 were used as filler for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.The disperse state of CaCO3 in the silicone rubber was compared .The effect of the disperse state of CaCO3 on the rheological properties of silicone rubber was analyzed.The results suggest that,The disperse state of CaCO3 in the silicone rubber is related to the degree of the second aggregation,filler agglomeration or filler network will cause significant changes in the storage modulus of silicone rubber.the temperature sweep can also reflect the disperse state of CaCO3 in the silicone rubber。 |
