      研究玄武岩纤维用量对天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶并用胶硫化特性、物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:玄武岩纤维能够明显缩短并用胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间;当玄武岩纤维用量小于10份时,无机填料分散性较好,并用胶综合物理性能变化较小;当玄武岩纤维用量大于10份时,各项物理性能下降明显;增大玄武岩纤维用量,并用胶的Payne效应增强,加工性能下降。
英文摘要:
      The influence of addition level of basalt fiber on the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of NR/SBR blends were investigated.The results showed that basalt fiber could significantly shorten the scorch time and optimum curing time of NR/SBR blends.When the addition level of basalt fiber was less than 10 phr,the inorganic filler dispersion was better,and the comprehensive physical properties of NR/SBR blends changed little.When the addition level of basalt fiber was more than 10 phr,the physical properties of the blends decreased significantly.The Payne effect of the blends was strengthened and the processability was decreased as the addition level of basalt fiber increased
