研究裂解温度对天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶中裂解回收炭黑比表面积的影响。结果表明:在500~700 ℃范围内,随着裂解温度的升高,回收炭黑的比表面积呈增大的趋势;在550 ℃裂解温度下,NR硫化胶回收炭黑比表面积与原材料炭黑相比,除了回收炭黑N115的比表面积相对误差较大之外,其他1—3系列回收炭黑的比表面积相对误差的绝对值均小于8%,且大部分小于5%。剖析含有未知炭黑的NR橡胶制品时,建议在550 ℃裂解温度下回收炭黑,其比表面积分析结果对于炭黑类型鉴定具有较高的参考价值。 |

Surface area of carbon blacks which were recovered from cured natural rubber at different pyrolysis temperatures has been measured,the results show that surface area increases with increasing pyrolysis temperature. Test surface area of the other pyrolytic carbon blacks at the pyrolysis temperature of 550℃, the results could be served as reference and guidance for unknown carbon black identification. |
