      研究升温速率对陶瓷化硅橡胶烧蚀质量损失率和烧蚀线性收缩率的影响,以及升温速率对硅橡胶烧烧蚀所得陶瓷体的三点弯曲强度和冲击强度的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对陶瓷体进行表征。结果表明,升温速率对硅橡胶的烧蚀质量损失率影响不大,当玻璃粉用量为45份时,烧蚀线性收缩率随升温速率的升高而增大。随着升温速率从5℃·min-1增加到35℃·min-1,陶瓷体的力学性能先升高后下降,当升温速率为15℃·min-1时,玻璃粉用量为45份的陶瓷体的三点弯曲强度和冲击强度达到最大值,分别为26.4MPa和7.6 J·m-1,相应的陶瓷体内部孔洞较小,微孔分布均匀,断面致密性较好。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the heating rate on the weight loss and linear shrinkage of ceramizable silicone rubber and the effect of heating rate on the three-point flexural strength and impact strength of ceramic residue were investigated. The fracture surface morphology of the ceramic residue was characterized by SEM analysis. It was shown that the mechanical properties of the ceramic residue initially increased then decreased as the heating rate increasing from 5 to 35℃·min-1. The heating rate had a minor effect on the weight loss of the ceramic silicone rubber, while the linear shrinkage increased with the incremental heat rate when the content of the glass frit was 45 phr. When the heating rate was 15℃·min-1, the ceramic residue by incorporation of 45phr glass frit showed the maximum flexural strength and impact strength with the values of 26.4MPa and 7.6 J·m-1. Accordingly, the micro pores were smaller with uniform distribution and more compact structure was formed in the ceramic residue when the heating rate was 15℃·min-1.
