利用高压喷射雾化装置对天然乳胶/白炭黑混合液进行喷射雾化处理,研究喷射压力对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:喷射压力过大或过小都不能使白炭黑在橡胶基体中达到良好的分散效果,且胶料的硫化特性和物理性能均不能达到最佳值;当喷射压力为1.5MPa时,白炭黑达到最优的分散等级,门尼粘度、硫化特性及主要物理性能,如拉伸强度、撕裂强度、磨耗均最优,且复合材料在40~60℃温度区间内损耗因子最低。 |

Natural emulsion / silica hybrid liquid jet atomization is processed by high pressure spray atomization device, research on Effect of injection pressure on properties of composite materials. The results showed that the injection pressure is too large or too small can not make silica reached good dispersion in the rubber matrix, and the curing behavior and physical properties of size were not to achieve the best value; when the injection pressure is 1.5MPa, silica dispersion reached optimal quality, Mooney viscosity 、 curing properties and the main physical properties of vulcanizate, such as tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion are optimal, and the composite material is the lowest loss factor in the temperature range of 40 ~ 60. |
