上横梁在硫化机工作时是承受锁模力的关键部位, 其强度和刚度不仅影响硫化机的寿命,而且影响锁模精度。本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对多联硫化机上横梁不同构型进行了比较分析,在满足刚度和强度要求的基础上,经过对原结构进行改进和优化,上横梁总质量降低了22.8%,降低了成本。 |

The upper beam is the key part to support the clamping force when the curing press working, it"s strength and rigidity not only affect the service life, but also affect the precision of the mould. This paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to a comparative analysis of different structure type of upper beam of multiple curing press. After some improvement and optimization for the original structure in the condition of meeting the requirements of material strength and stiffness, the total mass of the upper beam decreased 22.8 percent, reducing the cost. |
