      注射模具中合理的浇口位置和数量十分重要,本文以全塑非充气轮胎为例,运用Moldflow软件对其浇口的位置和数量进行成型过程模拟分析,同时应用moldflow-digimat-abaqus联合仿真对各方案成型后的轮胎进行力学分析。通过不同方案的分析比较,最终得出较优的浇口位置及数量。
英文摘要:
      The reasonable gate location and quantity in the injection system are very important. This paper takes the full plastic non pneumatic tire as an example, the gate location and quantity are analyzed using moldflow software. Mechanical analysis of tire after molding of each options is studied by moldflow-digimat-abaqus combined simulation. Through the analysis and comparison of different schemes, the optimal gate lacation and quantity are obtained.
