本文主要研究了滑石粉及其与不同阻燃剂复配对乙丙橡胶阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,随滑石粉用量增加,乙丙橡胶的力学性能、热稳定性和阻燃性能均得到提高。在滑石粉基础上添加十溴二苯乙烷后,可明显提高胶料的氧指数,降低胶料的热释放速率,但会使烟密度增加。加入聚磷酸铵和硼酸锌可提高氧指数,降低胶料的热释放速率和生烟速率。 |

In this study we studied the effect of talc on the flame retardant of EPDM. The result showed that with the increase of the talc amount the heat stability, flame retardant and mechanical properties of EPDM increased. Then we added different flame retardant additives to improve the flame retardant properties. The limited oxygen index, heat release rate decreased with the addition of decabromo diphenyl ethane,However, the smoke release rate increased obviously. The limited oxygen index, heat release rate and smoke release rate were improved slightly by adding Ammonium Polyphosphate and Zinc Borate. |
