| 研究了丁腈橡胶牌号、补强体系和增塑体系对丁腈橡胶耐低温性能的影响,根据试验结果优化耐低温橡胶皮碗胶料配方,有效的提高了胶料的耐低温性能。对优化配方后橡胶皮碗进行了胶料性能试验和产品性能试验。结果表明：胶料和皮碗除了具有优异的耐低温性能外,其它各项性能均满足技术要求,而且所研制的橡胶皮碗通过了低温运用考验。 |

| The effect of nitrile grades,reinforcing system and plasticizer system on the properties of nitrile rubber was investigated. We optimiz the low temperature resistant leather cup formulation according to the results, it is effectively improves the low temperature resistance.The rubber and brake cylinder unit testing results showed that the rubber and leather cup performance meets the technical requirement, and the leather cup through the low temperature use of the test. |
