对由驱动滚筒和从动滚筒安装不平行引起的输送带跑偏状况进行受力分析,在ADAMS软件中建立带式输送机的虚拟样机模型,对输送带进行离散化处理,并建立输送带单元在直线段和弯曲段的力学模型,对不同平行度公差下输送带单元的受力以及偏移情况进行对比分析,研究滚筒的平行度公差对输送带跑偏的影响。结果表明:驱动滚筒和从动滚筒的平行度公差与输送带的偏移状况呈单调递增关系,在允许范围内,驱动滚筒与从动滚筒平行度公差的增大,会使输送带的张力、法向接触力和轴向力变大,降低输送带运行的稳定性;同时输送带轴向力的增大又会使输送带的偏移速度、偏移加速度和偏移量相应的增大,从而使输送带进一步跑偏。 |

By analyzing the force of belt caused by the installed parallel deviation of the driver roller and the driven roller, building the virtual prototype model of the conveyor belt in the ADAMS software, making discretization of the conveyor belt, and establishing the mechanical model of the conveyor belt unit in the straight section and the curved section, comparing the force and the excursion of the conveyor belt unit under different tolerance of the parallel degree, Studying the parallelism tolerance of roller"s influence on the conveyor belt running deviation. The results showed that: The relationship between the offset condition of the conveyer and the parallelism tolerance of the drive roller and the driven roller reveals monotonically increasing, within the allowable range, increasing the parallelism tolerance values of the driving roller and the driven roller can lead to an increase in the belt tension, normal contact force and axial force, reducing the stability of the conveyor belt ; at the same time the increasing of the axial force will lead to the increase of the belt migration velocity, migration acceleration and the offset, thereby enabling the conveyor belt running deviation further. |
