用金相砂纸为模板,嵌段共聚聚丙烯/三元乙丙橡胶(并用比为50/50)热塑性硫化胶(TPV)为基体,构建模压TPV超疏水表面,并对其超疏水性进行研究。结果表明:模压TPV具有良好的超疏水性,疏水层厚度约为60 μm;W5,W7和W10砂纸模压TPV表面与水的接触角大于150°且滚动角小于10°,符合超疏水表面要求;W10砂纸模压TPV表面的超疏水性最佳;Cassie空气垫模型表明,模压TPV表面的气-液界面的面积分数大于0.8,具有良好的超疏水性。 |

Superhydrophobic surfaces were constructed by molding method where polypropylene block copolymer (PP-B)/ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) was used as raw material and series metallographic sandpaper were used as template. Microcosmic morphology studies showed that the micron scale rough surface with high fidelity could be prepared by using the metallographic sandpaper as molding template, and the thickness of superhydrophobic layer was 60 μm. Wettability test showed that the series roughness surfaces of TPV prepared by molding with metallographic sandpapers had strong hydrophobicity character; moreover, the contact angles were 150°, the rolling angles of W5, W7 and W10 type metallographic sandpapers were less than 10°. The superhydrophobic TPV surface moulded with W10 type sandpaper had the best hydrophobicity. The hydrophobicity character characterized quantitatively by Cassie model. |
