对异向/同向转子密炼机中物料流动及炭黑分布情况进行数值模拟和试验研究。结果表明,转子的旋向对炭黑在胶料中的分布有显著的影响,与异向旋转相比,同向转子密炼机初期的分布能力较低,但最终分布效果略优。数值模拟可对胶料在密炼机中的流动分布情况进行可视化研究,为转子性能的模拟测试提供了新方法。 |

In this paper,and in the same direction toward the rotor mixer plastic material in the mixer and the dispersion of the movement were carried out numerically and experimentally validated numerical simulation of plastic material in the mixer Taichung circumferential and axial sports distribution, conducted a visual study provides a new solution for analog test rotor performance; based on the experimental results, the use of statistical point of view, and in the same direction on the opposite movement and dispersion of carbon black in rubber rotor mixerWe carried out a comparative study and quantitative description. |
